The concept of Business process outsourcing was primarily started with the idea of providing a helping hand to the business giants and to cater to their needs of more people. They were conceiver with the idea of he big budgets and had large exposure. The basic idea was evolved out of the process system, like the one that are maintained by big business houses and the grand scale manufacturers. It was like hiring large scale of people form other firms to do the jobs that are not done by the in house employees. The main advantage of this system was that the big giants were free of the tension of doing the other jobs other then the manufacturing ones.
It was much later that the concept of the offshore outsourcing was evolved. To the European outsourcing their business solution was costing them less. The offshore labor was much less to them as compared to the native agents. To begin with mainly the Customer Services were off shored. Later on there was a huge influx of the business process was given to the Asiatic countries. The scenario to day has been shifted to the software industries which are now termed as KPO’s,
